I would give No Star for Customer Service
- Bad customer service from workers
- Workers told me for another 90 they can fix the mower
- Workers yelled and slammed fist on counter

I think your complaint should be with John Deere not Easy Wheels. The product design is at fault.
Seems like you want to shoot the messenger who had the unfortunate please to tell you John Deere will do nothing for you. We are sorry you had a bad experience.
